From Ami Angelwings, Ten-year-old girl had "probably agreed" to have sex with the [nine] "youths", aged 14 to 26, who gang raped her, according to Cairns-based District Court Judge Sarah Bradley, whose maximum sentence of six months in jail was only handed out to the ones over the age of sixteen.

Oh obviously the little indigenous girl was just asking for it, amirite?

Someone needs to be removed from her position as judge and debarred and badly beaten.
Family supporters of the girl warned that violence and murders could follow the decision after Cairns-based District Court judge Sarah Bradley ordered that six teenage juveniles not even have a conviction recorded for the 2005 offence at the Aurukun Aboriginal community on Cape York, and that they be placed on a 12-month probation order.

Omg I hope so; justice in response to the failure of the "justice" system.
